Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new products, ensuring alignment with quality standards and production goals Utilize CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Creo to design tooling, fixtures, and process layouts Conduct root cause analysis to identify production issues and develop effective corrective actions Program and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CNC machines, and robotic systems to optimize automation Lead process engineering initiatives focused on improving cycle times, reducing waste, and enhancing product quality Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design engineers, fabrication specialists, and quality assurance to streamline operations Prepare detailed schematics, technical drawings, and process documentation adhering to
ISO 9001
standards Support factory experience initiatives by applying lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies Oversee fabrication of tooling and fixtures using welding, CNC programming, and industrial equipment Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain accurate records of industrial equipment maintenance Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field; advanced certifications are a plus Proven experience in manufacturing environment with a focus on plastics injection molding or similar processes Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo; CAM programming experience is preferred Strong knowledge of robotics programming, vision inspection systems, and industrial automation technologies Hands-on experience with CNC programming, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and schematic interpretation Familiarity with
ISO 9001
quality management systems and factory safety protocols Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis efficiently Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques such as 5S, Kaizen, and value stream mapping Mechanical knowledge related to tooling design, fabrication processes, and assembly line optimization Ability to coordinate project scheduling effectively across multiple departments

Up to $108,886.45 per year
