LEAD MECHANICAL ENGINEER , MA

Green High Performance Computing Center (MGHPCC), will work with the facilities maintenance staff and outside vendors to ensure the efficient operation of the building's mechanical systems; and be responsible for operating, troubleshooting, maintaining and managing the computerized building management system and associated subsystems. REQUIRED

: Graduate of a technical or trade school; a minimum of five years of experience within the past ten years carrying out mechanical and electrical maintenance; ability to read blueprints, control sequences and have a clear understanding of codes and regulations; supervisory experience with mechanical contractors; familiarity with building management systems in a facility of similar size and scope and with Energy Management Systems (EMS) and associated software programs; and familiarity with information technologies as they relate to data center operations, including networking, cabling and equipment best practices. This position is on site at MGHPCC in Holyoke, MA. A willingness to participate in an on-call program sharing responsibilities, including days, evenings, and nights as well as weekends and holidays. 5/12/2026
