Equipment Debug:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair back-end semiconductor assembly equipment and peripheral systems using electrical and mechanical problem-solving techniquesSafety Leadership:
Identify and correct unsafe conditions, follow lockout/tagout and EHS procedures, and promote a culture of safety on the shop floorProcess Support:
Assist production teams with equipment setup, changeovers, and root cause analysis to minimize downtimePreventive Maintenance:
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance tasks, and component replacements to maintain equipment uptimeContinuous Improvement:
Support kaizen/Lean initiatives to improve equipment reliability, throughput, and yieldData Capture:
Record maintenance actions, log fault data, and support basic analysis to guide corrective actionsIndependent Work:
Execute assigned tasks with minimal supervision and escalate complex issues to senior engineers Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeedEducation:
Minimum 2-3 years progress toward a BS inElectrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Materials Science Technical Tools:
Hands-on familiarity with multimeters, oscilloscopes, hand/power tools, and basic CAD or schematic readingControls Exposure:
Basic understanding of PLCs, sensors, actuators, and electromechanical systemsProblem Solving:
Demonstrated troubleshooting and root-cause analysis ability in lab or shop environmentsWork Style:
Able to work independently, follow detailed work instructions, and collaborate with cross-functional teamsSafety & Compliance:
Knowledge of shop safety practices and willingness to follow lockout/tagout and EHS policiesCommunication:
Clear verbal and written communication for reporting issues and documenting repairsEligibility:
