$70,000 to $80,000 annually Seeking a Mechanical Engineer with MEP design experience to join an established engineering team. This position will primarily work in the office designing mechanical building systems, with regular travel to the Pittsfield office and occasional project site visits. The ideal candidate can independently manage assignments and take the lead on projects, although candidates with more junior-level experience may also be considered.

Responsibilities:

Design mechanical systems for MEP and building projects using Revit.

Manage assigned projects and coordinate mechanical designs with other engineering disciplines and project teams.

Travel to the Pittsfield office each Monday and conduct occasional site visits as required; mileage is reimbursed for business travel.

Work as part of a team of approximately 7-8 employees while independently managing responsibilities and project deadlines.

Qualifications:

5-7 years of mechanical engineering and MEP design experience preferred; qualified candidates with less experience may also be considered.

Strong Revit design experience is required.

Ability to independently manage projects, make design decisions, and take ownership of assignments with minimal supervision.

Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred, or an interest in pursuing licensure in the future.
