  • guiding a team, shaping design direction, and delivering high-quality work across diverse project types. What You'll Do Lead People, Not Just Projects Take the lead on a growing mechanical team
  • mentoring, developing, and empowering engineers at multiple levels Drive team performance through smart resource planning and clear direction Build a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing culture Own Technical Delivery Lead the design and execution of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems across diverse building types Serve as a technical authority
  • reviewing designs, ensuring quality, and guiding complex decisions Step into the Engineer of Record role on key projects Solve real-world engineering challenges while maintaining consistency across deliverables Be a Key Voice on Projects Work directly with clients to define project goals and deliver winning solutions Collaborate across disciplines and offices
  • bringing teams together to get projects over the line Play a key role in proposals, scopes, and strategic project planning Drive Quality & Performance Keep projects on track
  • balancing technical excellence with schedule and budget Promote continuous improvement in how projects are designed and delivered Ensure alignment with internal quality standards and best practices Push Innovation Forward Stay ahead of trends in sustainable design and emerging technologies Champion tools like Revit, BIM, and energy modeling to elevate project delivery Support and encourage professional growth, licensure, and career progression within the team What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred) 15+ years of mechanical design and project delivery experience Professional Engineer (PE) license (or ability to obtain) Strong expertise in HVAC systems and building design Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and relevant engineering tools A proven ability to lead teams, influence projects, and communicate effectively Why This Role Stands Out Leadership with
