This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems and project management skills to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage project schedules and budgets Create and review engineering drawings and documentation Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies Prepare and submit project bids and proposals Review electrical schematics and ensure compliance with relevant standards Provide technical support during the project lifecycle Lead project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Proven experience in project engineering and project management Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and electrical schematics Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in project management software and engineering design tools Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with 3% company contribution Profit sharing plan 4 weeks of PTO + 6 paid holidays Monthly phone allowance For this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
