Job Description Manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. Oversee the work of contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Prepare and present project status updates to management and clients. Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment as needed for the project. Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Project Engineer/Junior PM should have: 3+ years of experience as a Project Engineer, Field Engineer, or Assistant Project Manager A solid background in construction project management or engineering. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams. Knowledge of construction safety standards and compliance requirements. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
