Job Description
5+ Years of Professional Engineering Experience (PE License preferred) Supports day-to-day operation, long-term performance, and reliability of critical plant equipment Responsible for infrastructure, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, piping systems, and rotating equipment Prevents equipment failures through condition monitoring, asset strategies, and defect elimination initiatives Enhances early detection of equipment degradation through reliability and monitoring programs Drives cross-functional collaboration and alignment on reliability-focused initiatives Champions reliability best practices and mentors teams to build a reliability-centered culture Leads planning, design, procurement, and construction of pipeline and compression projects Provides technical oversight throughout all project phases Assists with training and development of engineers and technicians Collaborates with managers and senior engineers on complex projects and process improvements Develops engineering designs, specifications, drawings, and cost estimates Manages materials procurement, construction administration, inspections, and maintenance activities Conducts engineering studies, investigations, and prepares technical reports Provides engineering support to multiple departments Maintains awareness of industry trends, technologies, and best practices Provides technical support for fixed mechanical equipment including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, and piping systems Supports LNG and condensate loading systems, valves, filters, flares, restriction orifices, and fire protection equipment Manages mechanical integrity programs including hose management, flange management, welding, NDT, and fitness-for-service assessments Performs piping stress analysis and vibration management (AIV/FIV) Provides frontline troubleshooting and response for mechanical issues and equipment failures Supports long-term plant reliability, availability, and maintenance objectives Works on operation, maintenance, and reliability improvements for critical plant assets and systems
