Create 3D models and 2D drawings in

CATIA V5

for complex surface geometries, large assemblies, and design-in-context environments.

Define GD&T, perform tolerance stack-up analyses, select appropriate materials, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Work with engineers, quality, and operations to define design requirementsSupport vendors during tooling manufacturing and final buyoffParticipate in design reviews to ensure parts can be manufactured and assembled efficiently

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degreeMust have in depth experience in tool design using

with strong proficiency in surfacingProven experience designing tools, jigs, or custom manufacturing equipment.
