Direct-Hire Our client in Sanford is actively hiring an experienced Electrical Engineer to join their growing team. This is a priority opening offering $95K and a direct permanent placement , with outstanding benefits available starting on day one . Typical daily duties:

Design, develop, and implement electrical and electronic systems for new and existing products Analyze electrical issues and provide solutions across R&D, Manufacturing, and Technical Support Prepare and maintain product documentation, ECRs, and ECNs for product improvements Provide expertise in electrical testing procedures and support third-party testing organizations Research, qualify, and implement replacement components for obsolete or unavailable parts What we're looking for: BSEE required with 5+ years of electrical engineering experience Hands-on wiring, assembly, and board-level design experience Higher-level programming experience and equipment design background Proficiency in MS Office Ability to work on a computer for extended periods and perform occasional lifting (30-40 lbs.) Experience working with sheet metal and elevated work areas a plus Some of the
