Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced System Architect in Requirements Engineering with strong expertise across key automotive domains. This role will drive high-quality requirements definition, analysis, and validation while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.

Domain Focus Areas:

Energy & Propulsion Thermal Systems Access / Start /

Operator Functions Cabin & Visibility Infotainment & Connectivity Driving Assistance & Chassis Active Safety, Warnings & Parking Key Responsibilities:

Lead requirements development, analysis, and management across multiple automotive domains Ensure requirements are clear, testable, and aligned with system and business needs Collaborate with system, software, and validation teams throughout the product lifecycle Support impact analysis, change management, and traceability Drive best practices in requirements engineering and mentor junior engineers Interface with stakeholders to clarify technical expectations and resolve gaps

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Automotive, Electrical, Systems, Mechanical, or related field) Extensive experience in Requirements Engineering within the automotive industry Strong understanding of vehicle systems and architecture Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, Polarion, Jama, etc.) Familiarity with

ASPICE, ISO
