In this role, you'll work across the full product lifecycle—from concept and design to production and continuous improvement—helping deliver high-quality mechanical solutions for a diverse customer base. This is a great opportunity for an early-career engineer looking to grow their skills in a hands-on, collaborative manufacturing environment. 1st shift

What You'll Do:

• Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and assemblies using CAD software
• Create detailed drawings, BOMs, and assembly documentation
• Interpret project requirements and translate them into practical engineering solutions
• Support the development of custom equipment and standardized product designs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Manufacturing, and Assembly
• Monitor project progress to ensure designs meet specifications, timelines, and quality standards
• Research and recommend improvements to manufacturing and assembly processes Troubleshoot design issues and provide effective, timely solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 1-3 years of engineering experience (internships/co-ops count) Proficiency with CAD software (Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, or similar)
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and design principles
• Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings What You'll Be Responsible For
