Wire Harness GEMBA Walk Lead•North AmericaAssemble data-driven GEMBA agendasQuality station reviews at Assembly Plants, Supplier Module plants, Powertrain plants. Coordinate with Plant engineering, Plant Quality, Supplier Quality, Engineering, SuppliersGlobal GEMBA and Quality Alignment. Attend Global meetings as North America lead. North America KPI report outs.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering•Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Systems, or related field.

A minimum of 8 years in automotive product development experienceA minimum of 2 years in technical or program leadership roles.

Experience owning low•and/or high-voltage wiring harness systems across multiple vehicle platforms.

Proven leadership of Design Leads (DLs), DREs, and Tier-1 supplier engineering teams, including performance management and technical mentorship.

Manufacturing, manufacturing interface experience
Hands-on:
at vehicle, station reviews to review process
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Engineering or MBA.10 years of experience in automotive product development.

Prior role as Engineering/Discipline Manager, Project Engineer, or Chief Engineer.

Knowledge of Stellantis platforms, systems, and engineering standards, with exposure to global, multi-region vehicle programs.

Expertise in wiring harness architecture and integration (routing, segmentation, grounding, protection, connection systems).End-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle from concept through launch, production, and warranty resolution.

Strong command of Quality and Warranty systems, dataDirect experience revieiwing/approving DFMEA, DVPR, validation results, PPAP, and leading APQP and launch activities.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional execution (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Program Management) and warranty/Gemba-based root-cause resolution.

Experience with component sourcing, Source PackagesInterface with Purchasing and Cost EngineeringAbility to operate with executive-level visibility, making high-impact technical and organizational decisions under ambiguity.
