Job Description Insight Global is supporting a large Aerospace customer in their urgent search for a skilled Tooling Design engineer. The role will be responsible for day-to-day tooling design and development support for production tooling aids. The focus is on designing and developing tools, tooling,gauges, and tooling production aids to support new and existing production processes.

The schedule for this role is M-F onsite in Lansing, MI 8am-5:30pm, 45 hours per week. No remote or hybrid option.

Compensation Range:

$40/hr to $55/hrExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM program
• 10+ years of tooling design experience
• 10+ years of experience using 3D modeling CAD software
• 10+ years of experience using PLM software
• Strong understanding of critical GD&T critical concepts
• Strong analytical skills using appropriate
• Aerospace Maintenance and Repair and Overhaul experience
