NEW TROY, Michigan job type: Permanent salary: $80,000 - 90,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: High School responsibilities:Precision Setup & Tooling:
Independently build tools and perform complex machinery setups to meet exacting design specifications.Advanced Programming & Monitoring:
Code, modify, and monitor G & M code runs (Fanuc) to ensure production standards are met with maximum efficiency.Quality & Data Analysis:
Review SPC data with Quality and Production management, making data-driven decisions to improve processes and part accuracy.Tooling Performance Optimization:
Constantly evaluate tooling performance to implement improvements that increase tool life and enhance overall part quality.Technical Mentorship:
Help train both new and experienced operators to maintain world-class quality and production standards. The essential functions of this role include:working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week qualifications: Experience level: ExperiencedMinimum 3 years of experienceEducation:
