Key Responsibilities:

Design mechanical components such as castings, plastic molded parts, stampings for Inverter, EV chargers etc. Support DFMEA and root cause analysis Be able to support and understand thermal, CFD, structural simulations Create bills of materials (BOMs) and review/release 2D/3D production drawings Test prototypes for vibration, thermal limits, and environmental durability

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field Experience with 3D CAD tools (e.g., Creo, SolidWorks) Knowledge of GD & T and tolerance stack up analysis Knowledge of electronic component manufacturing (PCB etc.) Familiarity with lightweight materials and high-voltage safety standards Ability to work with cross-functional teams Benefit at
