Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a Thermal Engineer to support the design, development, testing, and validation of thermal management systems for automotive applications. The ideal candidate will have experience with thermal analysis, HVAC/cooling systems, and vehicle thermal management.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop thermal management systems and components. Perform thermal analysis, simulations, and engineering calculations. Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting of thermal systems. Analyze test data and recommend design improvements. Collaborate with design, electrical, controls, and manufacturing teams. Prepare engineering documentation, reports, and technical specifications.
Qualifications:
Master's or PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. 2-5+ years of experience in thermal engineering or automotive thermal systems. Experience with thermal analysis/simulation tools and engineering software. Knowledge of HVAC, cooling systems, heat transfer, thermodynamics, and vehicle thermal management. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
