Die Casting Specialist

We're working with a well-established manufacturing company seeking an experienced Tooling Designer to support the development and improvement of complex production tooling systems in a highly collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Designing tooling concepts from customer specifications and engineering requirements Creating detailed 3D models and associated drawings using CAD software Supporting tooling improvements to enhance production efficiency and quality Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and suppliers to solve tooling challenges Managing documentation, engineering standards, and project priorities Ideal candidates will have: 5+ years of tooling, mold, or die design experience Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of tooling functionality CAD modeling and drafting experience Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently while supporting team initiatives The company offers a strong compensation and benefits package including: 2 raises in first year Overtime available Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting day one 401(k) with company contribution PTO and paid holidays Life and disability insurance Flexible spending accounts Daily overtime opportunities If you'd be interested in learning more confidentially, feel free to reach out anytime.
