Randstad Staffing is partnering with a premier, family-owned CNC machine shop in Anoka, MN, to find a Tool & Die Designer. This isn't a "rinse and repeat" production shop. We specialize in high-precision metal stamping solutions where every project is unique. You ll be the bridge between a concept and a physical tool, ensuring every design is optimized for cost, manufacturability, and performance.What You Bring Experience:
Proven track record in metal stamping die design (Progressive die experience is a must).Tech Skills:
High CAD proficiency, preferably in SolidWorks (surfacing skills are a plus).Knowledge:
Deep understanding of material flow and die construction.Communication:
