Responsibilities Lead product and system architecture design for innovative actuator solutions. Collaborate closely with customers to ensure solutions meet their technical needs. Design and develop new products using SolidWorks and other engineering tools. Provide leadership and guidance in the development of complex machined assemblies and power transmission systems. Manage requirements and system-level architecture design. Communicate effectively with customer technical teams and program leadership. Essential Skills Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical machine design for industrial automation or defense products. Proficiency in SolidWorks and ANSYS for computer-aided design and analysis. Experience in designing precision mechanical systems including bearings, shafts, gearing, motors, drives, ball/roller screw mechanisms, and linear motion components. Strong leadership, critical thinking, optimization, and decision-making skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Familiarity with regulated and mission-critical industries such as defense, aerospace, medical, or industrial automation.
