The Opportunity This position works out of our Plymouth, MN location in the Structural Heart division.

Purpose:
An engineering professional who, working with minimal supervision, applies project management knowledge, engineering knowledge and ingenuity to initiate and complete small to medium size projects. Utilize technology to lead and continuously develop a team of WC and Ariba experts. What You'll Work On Independently lead a project team to identify, scope, plan and execute small to medium sized projects. Establishes project objectives and criteria (budget, timeline etc.) for evaluating project results and activities of the project team. Monitors and controls project work to meet the performance objectives defined in the project plan. Identifies areas of risk and mitigates risks through early risk assessments and implementation of mitigation strategies. Identify, develop, and gather the necessary resources to complete the project. This may include developing project schedules, budgets and forecasts, and selecting materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors. Use established PM tools and techniques to stay within authorized budget limits and achieve the overall project and organizational objectives. Conduct meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project to leadership. Perform financial analysis to evaluate savings potential, track performance and decision making. Communicate project progress and escalate issues to management in a timely manner. Lead and manage engineering change specialists to ensure timely completion of Windchill CO and Ariba PO activities for SH BU. Utilize technology (PowerBi, AI, etc.) to drive continuous improvement, increase customer base, quantity and quality of CO / PO output. Have a servant leader mindset to grow the team and perform at the level of a centralized function Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree mechanical, industrial, chemical, electrical, bio-medical or related (Engineering, science, or closely related discipline is desired) Minimum 5 years experience in: Demonstrated competence in project management. Problem solving, distress inventory reduction, material run-out, compliance projects, class 3 medical devices.
