Job Description

Established engineering firm has an opening for a Principal Mechanical Engineer. This position will allow you to work on world renowned projects including sports, entertainment, aerospace and amusement parks. Direct-hire position with very competitive benefits!

Duties:

Design complex machinery (gearing, actuators, wheels and weldments)
Produce engineering calculations
Develop/monitor design budget and schedule
Project Engineering responsibilities
Participate in design reviews with contractor, architect and engineering consultants
Perform stress/fatigue/FEA analysis

Requirements:

Bachelor or Master's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
Experience with gearing, actuators, wheels, weldments and bearings
GD&T knowledge
Proficiency in using analysis software
Solidworks proficiency

Salary:

$110-155K
