Duties:

Lead the complete systems design of industrial automation systems Design and analyze (FEA) precision machined components Interface directly with customers and customer engineers in gathering specifications, answering technical questions, and conducting technical product presentations Lead cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet performance, cost, and manufacturability goals Prepare 3D models (using Solidworks)

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or similar 7+ years of post-graduate experience Strong machine design and systems design experience Experience interfacing directly with customers 3D CAD modeling experience (Solidworks, Inventor, Creo, etc.) Strong finite element analysis (FEA) experience (ANSYS a plus) Strong experience leading cross-functional teams Ability to pass a drug test
