Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled professional to support senior staff in the initiation, design, and delivery of projects, with a focus on facilities-related scope. Our team values the ability to translate user requirements into technical documentation and provide hands-on engineering support for ongoing projects.
Responsibilities:
Support the Facilities Senior Manager with various ongoing activities, including new project initiatives. Complete facility walkdowns, assess system performance, and drive punch list resolution. Employ engineering skills to conduct field evaluations and provide informed design recommendations for existing systems. Adapt to varying daily responsibilities, ranging from maintenance operations oversight to project documentation tasks.
Required:
Ability to support the initiation, design, and execution of project scope within a facilities setting. Proficiency in gathering user requirements and preparing precise technical documentation for third-party execution. Experience performing engineering studies, facilities systems assessments, and completing quality walkthroughs. Capability to conduct field evaluations and deliver sound engineering design recommendations based on findings.
