Thermal & Structural Analysis McLeansville, NC Pay Estimated:

$52.77 - $57.77/Hour Ability to Obtain a Secret Clearance Contribute to a company at the forefront of mission-critical systems and technologies in defense and security. Responsibilities:

Perform thermal and structural analysis using tools such as ANSYS and MATLAB Develop and evaluate 3D mechanical models and detailed drawings using CAD tools Partner with design engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure performance, producibility, and compliance Analyze and validate designs against technical, government, and industry standards Support design reviews, failure analysis, and performance optimization Contribute to technical documentation, including reports, white papers, and proposals Lead or support complex engineering projects from concept through production

Qualifications:

U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related STEM field Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance 5+ years of relevant experience ANSYS (required) MATLAB (required) Thermal analysis & structural analysis 3D CAD modeling & mechanical drawings Knowledge of manufacturing/fabrication methods Familiarity with government and industry standards Experience leading complex engineering projects

Preferred Qualifications:
