Job Description

Our client, a leading aerospace engineering and manufacturing company, is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their team. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the Repair & Overhaul and Yield Improvement Team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective cross-functional collaboration skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:
$60.82/hour What's the Job? Support yield improvement projects for the F414 EFC and EHSV product line Review and research technical requirements for repair development, including processes and procedures Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to materials, tools, equipment, and documentation Develop and update repair processes, overhaul instructions, and technical inspection documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to implement solutions that reduce turnaround time (TAT) and improve first pass yield (FPY) What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field 4-6 years of experience in mechanical engineering or related area U.S. Person status required (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected status) Experience developing repair processes, technical procedures, or inspection instructions Strong knowledge of engineering principles, regulatory compliance, and technical documentation What's in it for me?
