We are looking for an R&D & Product Care Engineer. This position will be based at Heber Springs, Arkansas. In this role, you will support the full lifecycle of medium-voltage overhead switching products, including design, testing, product localization, and ongoing product care. You will collaborate cross-functionally across engineering, operations, quality, and manufacturing teams to drive innovation, improve reliability, and optimize product performance. This position blends hands-on engineering with product lifecycle ownership in a team-oriented environment. You'll make a difference by: Driving product lifecycle management, product care, and continuous improvement initiatives Supporting design, development, and localization of medium-voltage overhead switching products Leading validation, testing, and qualification activities, including hands-on testing Partnering with operations, manufacturing, quality, and sourcing teams Advancing design-to-cost and design-for-manufacturing initiatives Implementing product improvements based on performance and feedback Maintaining technical documentation, specifications, drawings, and reports
