$30.00/hr. with benefit inclusions Sponsorship is not available for this position now or in the future Job Summary The Electrical Engineer supports component selection and reliability analysis by evaluating technical specifications and engineering requirements. This role operates within a collaborative team environment, contributing to design solutions, participating in design reviews, and ensuring accuracy in data-driven decision-making. The position involves maintaining engineering data, analyzing technical information, and supporting routine projects while following established engineering policies and processes. Responsibilities Select electronic components based on analysis of specifications, performance, and reliability requirements Communicate findings and take action based on data-driven analysis Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to design solutions and participate in design reviews Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and documentation to ensure accurate and current information Verify accuracy and completeness of data submissions; enter and process data according to standard procedures Respond to standard inquiries, analyze moderately complex information, and resolve discrepancies using prescribed methods Support development and maintenance of process documentation Generate reports, correspondence, and documentation to support departmental processes Retrieve and distribute records or data to ensure timely and accurate information flow Perform data analysis and resolve discrepancies for routine assignments Interpret technical requirements to determine appropriate solutions for routine engineering problems Apply established engineering policies, practices, and procedures in daily work Support additional project work aligned with team needs and skill level Years of Experience and Education 1-3 years of relevant engineering experience Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program required Skills Required Strong teamwork and collaboration skills; ability to work closely with cross-functional partners Ability to work effectively within established processes and guidelines Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to analyze technical data and interpret engineering requirements Basic understanding of electronic components and circuit functionality Ability to review datasheets and extract relevant technical parameters Experience supporting data management, reporting, and documentation tasks Experience with electronic circuit design Ability to make preliminary engineering selections and evaluate alternatives Experience interfacing with purchasing, inspection, distribution, and supplier representatives #LI-MJ1 #INDOEM
