This Role has a high focus on Design for Factory Efficiency and 3D Printing. The products you model will likely be turned around in a matter of days of weeks. And they will be documented for future work.

Responsibilities include:

+ Perform troubleshooting on a wide variety of moderate to highly complex 3D Printer Problems + Demonstrate a basic understanding of how your design will impact the factory floor + Understand the basic process flow of the factory floor + Work with engineering instructions and standard procedures on duties as required + Understand how to make an engineering drawing + Utilize AI tools to ensure brisk trouble shooting + Work with various groups to understand equipment functionality for current and future production needs + Perform other duties and responsibilities as required + Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time + Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

• Required Education, Experience, & Skills
• + Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering or other engineering field + Multigroup task management + Must be able to obtain a secret clearance + Adept at conveying information clearly and persuasively across diverse audiences + Experience with basic disassembly and re-assembly processes

• 3 Months of technical experiance in a 3D Printing lab

Full-Time Salary Range:

$64926 - $110374 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
