Job Description
Electro-Mechanical Technician II As an Electro-Mechanical Technician II, you'll work on a wide range of custom automation equipment involving: Electrical systems Mechanical assemblies Pneumatics and hydraulics Electronic controls Conveyor and production systems This role is ideal for someone who enjoys diagnosing problems, repairing equipment, and collaborating with engineering and production teams. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair complex electro-mechanical equipment Diagnose issues involving electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems Use test equipment such as oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and precision measuring tools Read and interpret: Schematics Wiring diagrams Mechanical drawings Product specifications Support and improve repair procedures and quality processes Complete repair documentation and service reports Assist with training and mentoring junior technicians Participate in continuous improvement efforts across the department Occasionally travel to customer sites for troubleshooting and repairs What We're Looking For Required Experience 3-5 years of electro-mechanical technician experience Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple systems Hands-on experience with: Electrical systems Mechanical assemblies Pneumatics Hydraulics Electronic controls Ability to work independently and solve complex technical issues Preferred Qualifications Associate degree from a technical school or college Experience working in automation or custom machinery environments Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience mentoring or training others is a plus Pay $28 - $32 / hour W2 depending on experience #
