Primary responsibilities will include:

. Overseeing and managing all assembly functions, including mechanical and electro-mechanical. Coordinating with the appropriate Project Managers to ensure all parts needed for assembly are received on time. Coordinating with QA department to ensure parts used in assemblies, and the assemblies themselves, are conforming to the requirements. Building and monitoring daily\weekly\monthly schedules for each process, team, and\or assembler. Issue work orders for assemblies. Ensure all assemblies are inspected and verified. Ensure accuracy and organize documentation as required for a work order. Monitor the assembly room and raise red flags as appropriate. Requirements Ability to read & interpret mechanical. electro-mechanical and electrical blueprints. Ability to manage processes and people. Experience working with instruments such as voltmeter, oscilloscope, power supply, calipers, height gages, micrometers, etc. Experience with QA inspection tools, such as calipers, height gauges, micrometers, etc. Experience / certification with

is desired for cable assemblies. Experience / certification with

IPC-A-610

is desired for electronics assemblies. Experience / certification with

IPC-J-STD-001
