As a Senior R D Engineer, Reactor Testing Group you will LEAD by… Managing effective operations of multiple complex, high-throughput reactor systems used for catalyst evaluations, including advanced troubleshooting and on time completion. Leading reactor design modifications, upgrades, and repurposing efforts aligned with evolving testing needs Designing complex experimental protocols and automated data processing code for large datasets using Python, and/or VBA Diagnosing and resolving system-level issues across hardware, instrumentation, and control architecture using your experience in data acquisition and control strategies using LabVIEW, and/or PLC systems. Driving continuous improvement initiatives in reactor capability, reliability, and lab efficiency Mentoring less experienced team members and provide technical guidance across reactor operations and automation. Author technical reports and present findings to internal and external stakeholders Demonstrating your extensive experience working in a research lab environment, you will have a strong focus on safety and drive a zero-incident mindset. Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and champion a zero-incident culture Adhering to the

quality standard, you will perform and document calibration, verification, maintenance activities in various databases and be diligent about lab procedures and continuous improvement. Being self-driven and working well both independently and as a team member, you will make technical decisions or proposals focused on achieving project or customer goals Your elements for success… Maters and at least 7 years or a PhD and 3 years (Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or related) Proven experience with complex reactor systems and reactor modifications required Strong expertise in reactor troubleshooting required Proficiency in Python and/or VBA required LabVIEW experience preferred Ability to independently drive technical decisions and influence direction Ability to indirectly lead or mentor others preferred ISO9001 experience preferred Experience with internal and external audits preferred. • 140k annually.
