Job Description

job summary: Our client is seeking a dedicated Mechanical Engineer II to join their team in Wayne, NJ. As a Mechanical Engineer II, you will support the engineering team by interpreting customer specifications and creating high-quality mechanical designs. This is a vital opportunity to contribute to life-saving medical equipment while utilizing advanced 3D CAD modeling and performing critical first-principal analyses location: Wayne, New Jersey job type: Contract salary: $34 - 37 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Create detailed mechanical designs, drawings, and prototypes using 3D CAD systems, specifically SolidWorks.

Perform first-principal, tolerance, and statistical analyses to ensure design integrity and performance.

Execute design verification protocols and troubleshoot issues during the fabrication and assembly of new product parts.

Collaborate with internal and external resources to manage the inspection and testing of electromechanical and electropneumatic equipment.

Maintain rigorous documentation within electronic systems to ensure compliance with FDA and international medical device regulations.
qualifications:
Experience level: ExperiencedMinimum 2 years of experience
Education:
Bachelors (required) skills: Mechanical Engineering (2 years of experience is required)
