As our customer base and national service footprint continue to expand, our Aftersales organization plays a critical role in supporting customers throughout the ownership lifecycle. Our service model combines our internal Las Vegas service capabilities with mobile technicians and certified repair partners across the country. The Aftersales Service Manager is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring this network operates effectively, consistently, and with a strong focus on the customer experience. Responsibilities Create 3D models and detailed engineering drawings using CAD software to support the design and development process for products used in Class B vans. Build and test prototypes to validate design concepts, effectively identifying and addressing any issues during the prototyping phase. Perform engineering calculations, simulations, and analysis to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications. Collaborate with Manufacturing and Assembly teams to develop innovative solutions for product development and improvement. Prepare technical documentation and communicate design concepts, results, and recommendations. Support the manufacturing and assembly process to ensure quality control and adherence to design standards. Maintain detailed records, including drawings, specifications, and project documentation, ensuring proper traceability and knowledge transfer. Leverage 3D printing technology to create jigs, fixtures, and templates. Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or closely related field. 3D modeling experience: (1-3 years of experience) with Solidworks/Onshape or a comparable parametric 3D modeling program. Familiarity with Figma/Google. Slides/Indesign or another comparable documentation/graphics software. 1-3 years of AutoCAD experience preferred. Understanding engineering principles including tolerance stacking, assembly fitment, and automotive technology. Experience in 3D printing with the ability to work between different systems: SLS, SLA, and FDM. Knowledge of relevant manufacturing processes and material selection. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as ASME and ISO. Adept at time management and multitasking. Interest in automotive technology. Ability to lift 25 lbs and move within and around a Class B van. Experience using basic hand tools. Skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Capable of adjusting to changing project requirements and working in a dynamic environment. Capable of thinking creatively to develop unique mechanical designs and solutions. Attentive to small design details and able to ensure precision in mechanical systems. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work with vendors by supplying drawings, models, and requirements, as well as answering technical questions. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. CNC file prep/operation experience preferred. Hands-on experience with cabinetry/carpentry/vans/hardware/tools is desired. Portfolio -

Physical & Manufacturing Environment:
This is a hands-on manufacturing role that requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, regularly get in and out of the vans, bend/reach as needed, and safely lift and handle materials or components. Candidates should be comfortable working on their feet and moving throughout a production environment.
