Corning, New York job type: Contract salary: $46.95 - 65.71 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Provide detailed mechanical designs for handling and process equipment using SolidWorks and structural FEA analysis.

Lead on-site equipment installation, verification, start-up, and debugging in a fast-paced glass manufacturing environment.

Manage trade contractors and vendor relationships to resolve equipment build, layout, or installation discrepancies promptly.

Collaborate across multi-functional teams (electrical, controls, operations, safety) to ensure equipment meets all design requirements.

Enforce machine guarding and safety practices in compliance with OSHA guidelines and plant receiving standards.
