CMP Equipment Engineer

Onsemi is seeking a CMP Engineer with 5+ years of semiconductor experience to support and optimize CMP processes in a 300mm high-volume manufacturing environment. This role focuses on process sustainment, yield improvement, and defect reduction, with increasing ownership of continuous improvement projects. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in: Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field 5+ years semiconductor experience, with exposure to CMP processes Working knowledge of: CMP fundamentals (slurry, pad, conditioning), Defect mechanisms Experience with: SPC tools and data analysis. Salary:

onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is $101,700 to $172,700 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of the internal equity of our current team members.
