Qualifications for the position (preferred): Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, or related STEM field. 5+ years of industry experience in Failure Analysis or Test. Hands-on experience with chemical prepartion of ultra-pure chemistry. Experience with hazard detection and safety mindset. Qualifications for the position (minimum): Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, or related STEM field. 2-5 years of industry experience related to Failure Analysis or Test, or other Electrical Engineering discipline. Some amount of experience related to hazard detection and driving safety-related project(s). onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is $75,300 to 120,400. exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. Serving as an executive safety representative for the Yield/Integration/Labs teams, and a direct Safety representative for the Labs team. Owning projects and driving to completion as directed, driving results and reporting progress.
