Internship Assignment:
Full Time - Summer 2027 Start date: 05/17/2027 Support production and continuous improvement initiatives within the Thermal Treat department. Focus on monitoring process performance, tracking production delays, analyzing productivity, and improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Work directly with operations, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to identify opportunities that improve efficiency, throughput, and continuous improvement.
Internship Qualifications:
