Screw Machine Engineer We're looking for a motivated, hands-on engineer to join our manufacturing team and help keep our multi-spindle screw machine operation running at its best. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid shop-floor foundation who wants to grow into a long-term career in precision manufacturing. What you'll do Design and develop dovetail form tools for multi-spindle screw machines Create and revise part and tooling drawings in AutoCAD Build 3D models to support tooling design and process planning Create and maintain process documentation, including setup sheets, tooling specifications, and work instructions Work with set-up and production staff to improve cycle times, tool life, and part quality Troubleshoot tooling and process issues on the shop floor What you bring Working knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D modeling software Understanding of how tool geometry affects part quality and machine performance Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Willingness to learn and take on new challenges Ability to write clear, organized process documentation and keep drawings accurate and up to date Why join us Training and mentorship from experienced machinists and engineers A clear path for growth into senior tooling or process engineering roles Competitive pay and benefits We are an equal opportunity employer.
