- The Test Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans to ensure product performance, reliability, and quality.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- + Collaborates with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and customers to define product performance expectations and validation requirements.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- + Strong attention to detail. + Strong project leadership and managerial skills + Ability to communicate well with others.
Education and Experience:
- + Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Agricultural, or related Engineering discipline required. + 2+ years of experience in product testing, validation, development, or related engineering roles. + Experience with hydraulic and electrical systems preferred. + Hands-on experience operating forestry, construction, agricultural, or similar heavy equipment preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- + Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
