IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION

• Overview This position will design customized solar arrays from the layout of the field to the underlying array structures used on site. Solar is an exciting emerging industry where the willingness to learn and adapt are keys to rapid success.

Job Duties:

Prepares 2D layouts, 3D assemblies, and detail drawings for new or improved products. Develops any required design/detailed engineering drawings and/or specifications for the completion of a project including bill of materials. Participates in conceptual design meetings with other engineering staff. Will use computer software to analyze various structural design requirements and is responsible for developing ideas and providing innovative solutions for new or existing products.

Position Requirements:

Experience in 2D Design and/or engineering related fields Associates or Bachelor's degree in mechanical, design engineering or related field Ability to use CAD software - preferably Autodesk AutoCAD 2D and Autodesk Inventor 3

D Additional Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with FEA Analysis Troubleshooting through trial-and-error resolution Problem solving Willingness to learn new skills & processes Familiarity with Microsoft Office products focusing on

$55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
