Product Test Engineer Location:

Beaverton, OR (On-Site)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-driven Product Test Engineer to support hands-on testing for basketball footwear products in a collaborative lab environment. Our team is looking for a self-starter who can work with limited oversight, communicate clearly, and help deliver accurate testing insights that support product quality and development.

Responsibilities:

Conduct hands-on product and materials testing to evaluate footwear performance and quality. Work closely with a small daily team while contributing to a larger cross-functional group. Document testing activities and results with accuracy and strong attention to detail. Adapt to changing priorities and support testing needs in an environment with limited oversight.

Required:

Bachelor's degree minimum required. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a lab or testing environment. Hands-on experience with product and materials testing. Strong communication skills, self-starter mindset, detail orientation, and the ability to work with little oversight in ambiguous situations.
