Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop permanent magnet direct current PMDC and brushless direct current BLDC motors for various applications Conduct in-depth analysis and simulations to optimize motor designs Lead the development of prototypes and execute validation, verification, and reliability testing Analyze test data and implement design refinements to improve motor performance and durability Support continuous improvement of design procedures and protocols to increase engineering efficiency

Qualifications:
