Do:

 Roles and responsibilities: Hardware-Software Integration Testing at Sub-System Level. Determining Test Requirements, Creating New Test Cases, and Schedules for software development. Create meetings to review the data from the testing. Creativity and drive to improve current processes. Being able to work along with a team and communicate projects activities. Onsight working. Required Skills (Technical Competencies): Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science; or 5 years' experience in the field. Pay Range:

$60,000-$67,000 per year Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan

Work Requirements:

This role is considered an on-site position located in Erie, PA.

Physical Requirements and work environment:

Mostly Office Environments, Occasional Shop Floor Involvement. Must be able to climb stairs to safely board heavy equipment vehicle and in the test cells. Abilities and willingness to work "hands-on" in test labs and on heavy equipment vehicles. Need to be able to carry at least 25 pounds. Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work. Heavily regulated industries with strict adherence to procedures. Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early. Typical 8 hour days plus lunch/ 40 hour work week/ core (required) hours 8am to 4pm. But must have ability to work 2nd shift, weekends and or swing shifts if required. Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.
