Join them in advancing the future of aluminum and shaping the industries that rely on it. Job Description Manage mechanical capital projects from scope development through start‑up and close‑out. Coordinate engineering design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning activities. Support production and maintenance teams with mechanical equipment and process issues. Develop project schedules, track progress, and manage costs against approved budgets. Oversee contractor safety documentation, meetings, and on‑site execution. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Experience in manufacturing engineering, project engineering, or project management. Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulics and pneumatics. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Familiarity with CAD software and industrial safety practices. Clear communication skills and the confidence to lead cross‑functional teams.
