Responsibilities include contributing to project deliverables, supporting documentation and calculations, and communicating progress effectively within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team. Essential Resonsibilities Apply engineering and physics principles to solve complex, real-world challenges Support the design and development of structures, machinery, and mechanical systems in alignment with project requirements and applicable standards Perform analysis and validation through calculations, simulations, and engineering tools, and clearly communicate results Learn and apply established engineering solutions, methods, and internal best practices Collaborate with project managers, designers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to meet project objectives Coordinate with external partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to support successful project execution Contribute within a design and manufacturing environment, supporting overall team deliverables Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related field Foundational knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and theory Exposure to topics such as: Machine design Stress and fatigue analysis Material science Dynamics and power transmission Familiarity with engineering analysis tools (e.g., FEA software such as ANSYS or equivalent) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic, sense of ownership, and willingness to learn Flexibility to support project deadlines as needed Willingness to travel occasionally Working Conditions and Physical Effort The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
