Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development & Design:

Lead the design and development of new products, ensuring they meet performance, safety, and market needs.

Prototyping & Testing:

Create and test prototypes, conducting rigorous performance and durability tests. Analyze test results and refine product designs accordingly.

Collaboration & Cross-functional Work:

Work closely with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of product ideas, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Market Research:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and consumer preferences, incorporating insights into product design and development strategies.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

Ensure products comply with industry standards and regulations, working with compliance teams to meet safety certification requirements.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process optimization and apply best practices to enhance the efficiency, quality, and innovation of our product offerings.

Required Skills:

Must have Bachelor's degree in Engineering and must have strong skills in engineering mechanics and strength of materials Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees and to respond effectively to common inquiries or complaints while having the ability to effectively present information to management.
