Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field 3-5 years of experience in machinery design, preferably within heavy manufacturing industries Strong proficiency in CAD software, particularly Creo for 3D modeling and AutoCAD for detailed drawings Familiarity with electromechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic drive systems is advantageous Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams Strong organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting capabilities Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites and production facilities
Main Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project teams to design, develop, and troubleshoot custom machinery and systems Support project managers by delivering precise mechanical documentation aligned with schedules and budgets Assist in exploring emerging technologies and market trends that can enhance product offerings and competitiveness Create conceptual designs and perform analyses to confirm compliance with project specifications Review designs with stakeholders from engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and field service, providing technical guidance Develop detailed drawings, assemblies, BOMs, and manufacturing instructions for procurement and assembly Partner with vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure mechanical aspects meet project goals and quality standards Contribute to the development of manuals, procedures, and technical documentation for installation, operation, and maintenance Provide technical support during procurement, assembly, testing, and final inspection Assist customer service and spare parts teams post-shipment with technical expertise Perform additional duties as assigned to support project success
