Interest in learning and working with the following systems or technologies: Access-controlled vehicle and pedestrian gates CCTV and video surveillance systems Automated Vehicle Gate systems Programmable Logic Controllers Electronic security systems or access control platforms Card readers and access control logic Vehicle barriers and bollards, including hydraulic and electromechanical systems Mass notification and emergency alert systems Alarms, intrusion detection systems, and sensor networks Emergency Operations Centers or Dispatch Centers General electronics troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair Additional desired experience and skills: An Active Secret Clearance Master's degree in a related engineering or STEM field. Experience supporting physical security, electronic security, access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance, perimeter security, and force protection systems. Experience with aircraft maintenance or other complex mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems. Knowledge of DoD acquisition, engineering, cybersecurity, logistics, sustainment, or configuration management processes. Experience with configuration management tools, database tools, data visualization tools, and dashboards. Experience preparing program-level briefings, technical reports, engineering recommendations, and customer decision packages. Professional certifications such as PE, ASEP/CSEP, Security+, or another related technical certification.
