Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team, driving forward cutting-edge mechanical product development projects. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing mechanical systems and components to meet project specifications and industry standards. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of reliable, efficient, and high-performance mechanical solutions that support our company's growth and technological advancement. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate engineer eager to make a tangible impact through hands-on design and collaborative problem-solving. Duties Develop detailed mechanical designs using CAD software such as SolidWorks and Creo, including mechanical drawings, schematics, and 3D models for product development. Perform tolerance analysis and mechanical drafting to ensure precision and manufacturability of components. Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) and other simulation techniques to validate mechanical performance under various conditions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering product development, integrating system design principles with manufacturing processes. Utilize building information modeling (BIM) tools and schematic diagrams to support complex system integration projects. Lead root cause analysis investigations for mechanical failures or performance issues, implementing corrective actions. Manage project scheduling and coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure timely delivery of mechanical engineering projects aligned with industry standards such as ASME codes & standards. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in quantum engineering or system design are a plus. Proven experience practicing in an industrial or manufacturing engineering role, with a strong background in mechanical product development projects. Proficiency in CAD software including SolidWorks, Creo, Drafting, and 3D CAD modeling for product design. Hands-on experience with machine design, mechanical detail drawings, schematics, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing). Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, 3D printing, and assembly techniques. Familiarity with simulation tools like FEA, MATLAB, Simulink, LabVIEW, and CAD-based analysis methods. Strong understanding of mechanical knowledge including tolerance analysis, system design, and building information modeling (BIM). Ability to perform root cause analysis effectively and communicate complex technical concepts clearly across teams. Join us if you're ready to innovate at the forefront of mechanical engineering! We value energetic professionals who thrive on solving complex challenges through creative design solutions while adhering to industry standards. Your expertise will help shape the future of our products while working in a collaborative environment that encourages growth and continuous learning.
